Every room with verticals corrected and exposure balanced between the window and the interior. No exaggerated wide angles that disappoint at the viewing.
Exteriors and twilight
Façade, terrace and views. If the property calls for it, we come back at blue hour for the cover shot, the one that earns the click.
Drone, video and floorplan
An aerial view to place the property, a short walkthrough video for social, and a dimensioned floorplan. Optional, depending on what you need.

- How soon do I get the photos?
- Within 24 to 48 hours of the visit, retouched and in two sizes: one for the property portal and the original, in case you want a print or a window card.
- Does the property need to be empty?
- No, but the tidier the better. Before we come we send you a short prep list (blinds up, surfaces cleared, bathroom put away) that makes a real difference to the result.
- Do you work with agencies at volume?
- Yes. If you send us several properties a month there is volume pricing and a single point of contact. Invoicing is always per service, volume pricing included.
