The unique pattern of your iris turned into a piece of art. We photograph it with a macro lens at our Reus studio, edit it until every shade of colour shows, and deliver it ready for your phone, your stories, and a frame on the wall at home.
What Iris con alma is.
Iris con alma is Objectiu Fotògrafs' line dedicated to macro iris photography. Every human eye has a unique radial pattern: colour, texture and geometry you won't find anywhere else. At our Reus studio we enlarge it through a macro lens, clean it so only the iris pattern remains, and turn it into an editorial image fit for the wall at home. One session, one piece of art that never repeats.
How the session works.

You come to the studio.
A short conversation, you settle in front of the camera, we set up the light. If you wear contact lenses, leave them out.

We photograph each eye.
Controlled cool lighting, no direct flash, nothing uncomfortable.
- 03
We edit and curate.
We work the image so the iris is clean and its true colour pattern shows. If you've photographed more than one eye, we offer a fusion version where we combine them into a single composition.

We deliver via WhatsApp.
Each iris arrives in both square and 16:9 vertical formats, ready for stories or wallpaper. If you want a high-quality file for printing, that's optional too.

An iris photograph isn't a selfie. It's a piece of editorial art (unique pattern, irrepeatable colour palette, vertical or square format) that fits any décor. If you'd like, we print in our own workshop on matte fine-art paper, frame in natural wood, black or white, and cut to the size your wall needs. All made in Reus, no middlemen.

- How long does the session take?
- Five to ten minutes, the capture itself is quick; conversation and review take the rest of the time.
- Do I need to bring anything?
- No. If you wear contact lenses, leave them out; glasses make no difference.
- Will redness or sleep show up in the image?
- No. Editing cleans the iris so only the colour pattern remains.
- When will I get my iris on my phone?
- Within a few days of the session, via WhatsApp. If you need it sooner, ask and we'll see what we can do.
- Can it be done as a couple or family?
- Yes. The pricing table includes options for 1, 2, 3 or 4 eyes, plus the fusion option that combines them into a single image.
- Can I print and frame it?
- Of course. We can send you the high-quality file with a supplement, or we can print and frame it in our own workshop, tell us what you have in mind and we'll quote it.
