Frequently asked questions.
- Do I need an appointment for an ID photo?
- No. Drop by any time during studio hours and we'll take it on the spot.
- How long does it take?
- About ten minutes from walking in to having the printed copies in your hand.
- How much is an ID photo in Reus?
- From €9: 8 ID photos, or 4 ID photos and 2 wallet size. VAT included.
- Do you take ID photos of babies?
- Yes, for a first ID card or passport. We often see babies just a few weeks old: we're patient and know how to get them looking at the camera.
- Can I wear glasses?
- For the Spanish ID card and passport it's best to take them off, and tinted lenses always have to come off. We'll tell you at the studio depending on the document.
- What should I wear?
- Coloured clothes rather than white, so you stand out from the light background. And keep your face clear: no cap and no hair over your eyes.
- Do you take photos for visas or other countries' documents?
- Yes. Tell us the country and the process and we apply the official size, background and format they require.
- Can you send it to me digitally?
- Yes. If the process is online, we send you the file in the size it asks for.
