Photography studio in Reus We opened in 1983.
Back then we shot ID portraits, first communions and weddings in black and white. Today we work in digital and the catalogue is a bit longer (yearbooks, business teams, real estate, family sessions, personal branding), but we're still on the same street and under the same name: Objectiu Fotògrafs. The studio was founded by our parents. Today it's run by the two of us, Eric and Ferran. We've inherited the craft, the set, and a way of working that we don't intend to change: if we take a photo of you, you should be able to hold it in your hand.

Ferran is on the camera. He specialised in weddings and runs Lifetime Weddings, our brand dedicated exclusively to weddings. At Objectiu he shoots families, teams and yearbook days. Eric handles image processing, colour, printing, framing and delivery. If the photo feels alive on the wall and the print lasts fifty years, that's his work. We work together. We don't outsource the camera, the editing or the printing. Everything happens in the same studio.

The set.
We've been at Carrer de Mare Molas 26, Reus, since day one. A fixed studio, natural and strobe lighting, paper and fabric backdrops, a temperature-controlled corner for newborn sessions, and a viewing room where we choose photographs with our clients. If you'd like to see the place before booking anything, come by.
The shop window.
On Carrer Mare Molas we have the same shop window as always, and every season we dress it with the year's photos. At Christmas it fills with lights, presents and portraits of the families who came through the studio: our way of saying good morning to the neighbourhood.
Where else we work.
In the studio we cover everything that can be done in studio. When we need to be elsewhere, we go: weddings, corporate events, real estate shoots, family sessions on the beach, school yearbook days. We work the Camp de Tarragona and the Costa Daurada, and travel to Lleida, Barcelona and the rest of Catalonia when needed.
How we deliver.
We print, frame and assemble albums ourselves, in the studio workshop. We never outsource the physical side. Three things follow from this: the colour you see on screen is the colour on paper; we choose the materials (fine-art paper, hardwood frames, anti-reflective glass); and we control the timeline. If you need the prints tomorrow morning, you have them.
And the everyday work.
Passport, ID, driving licence, visa photos. No appointment, ten minutes, printed on regulation paper. This is what a neighbourhood studio should be able to do, and we still do it every day.

There are photo studios with history and there are ones that open tomorrow. Neither is better, but they do different work. When you walk into Objectiu Fotògrafs, you walk into a business that opened in 1983 and hasn't closed for a year. We've photographed three generations of many families in Reus. There will be a fourth.
